Please for god sake don't ever think to come to this place. Before moving in when I read the reviews I thought people must be exaggerating about the issues. But once i did move in realized everything was true by word. This place is a hell, mess, creepy, ------, crappy what all u can name it please feel free to do so. U can find dog ----, cigarette stubs, trash all over the grounds and in the walkways. Our house was like zoo we had mice(we caught 10-15 in 8 months of stay), we had snake in our kitchen luckily it was stuck on to a mouse trap else we wouldn't even know.Even after numerous calls to maintenance they did nothing all they did was to keep more mouse traps our home was filled with them. Our Bathroom tub and shower leaked all time and its still leaking now, closet door came off they fixed it after 5-7 calls. And finally our patience broke when someone with a key entered our house in the night and stole our laptops when we were sleeping that was the breaking point we are out of here. Even in this situations they don't consider to break our lease even though we were in month to month. They squeezed even the last penny out of us suckers.

Positive is parking is adequate. Maintenance responds in 1-2 days for non emergencies and fixes things that are easy to do. Shopping center is close by.

Even after all this if u want to come in please opt for a top floor and never for a 1st floor.
