I have been living at Ross Ridge for the past 6 years and I have not had any major problems in my apartment. The staff in the rental office are very friendly and helpful. There is a young lady (S.K.) who just returned from maternity leave who is great!! Go see her she will take great care of you and find the perfect home for you. The manager there is also good. Her name is hard to remember but she does her job. I think she is trying to get some of the bad residence out! And I am happy. As long as you don't have a large dog you will be happy here.

If you are happy there, you must be in the same area that the rental office is located, because that is probably the area where it is okay. They would have to fix the repairs and make their washer and dryer room look fantastic. if you walk around and look at some of the other buildings and surroundings, you may be surprised.

You're either someone from the rental office pretending to be a tenant- there's no way in heck anyone would give Ross Ridge a rave review - nice try.
