yes I know about the mice! I had one the first 2 weeks I was there, i called them on the emergency line and they told me that I would have to wait for the exterminator, thank God they were due to come out that week. But to deter the mice, I brought peppermint oil and put it on cotton balls, I put them in every corner of the apartment and guess what, they are gone!!!!!! YES GONE,you know I am dancing! so before you break your lease, try that, you don't want bad credit messing with this rental office, they will make moving someplace else miserable and you will have to pay all that back rent, legal fees until they rent the apartment again! trust me, my daughter broke a lease and had to play almost 5000.00 to be able to move into another apartment and that was after she was turned down 5 times! I know you have kids but try the peppermint on the cotton balls, (you can get it at GNC) bottles for it does work and if you have a list of things that were broken that they gave you to give to them, show them that it was broken before you moved in and they should pay you back, if not, you can hold their rent, until the issue is resolved.
