I lived at Ross Ridge for two, long, harrowing years. I have children and I am a clean and caring parent. The rental office acts like your best friend and tells you all these wonderful things. They also show you the best apartments and don't tell you the pit of hell you are entering. Within the first MONTH we caught 2 mice. Oh my gosh, getting up to make breakfast for your family and a mouse is on your kitchen counter pooping. The dishwasher broke and they tried to say it was my fault! It was the first time I used it! The previous owners must have smoked because a smoke smell kept rising up from the floor. They promised to clean the carpets and they never did. I can't believe how much they ask for those dumps. You can smell the pot being smoked and there is so much crime there. Cops coming all hours of the day or night. I couldn't wait to get my children out of there. Those apartments should be torn down and burned to the ground, killing all of the critters and evil within that horrible place!

I feel your pain, I've been here a year and can't wait till I'm out in 30 days. These apartments are horrible and you are right the ladies in the leasing office make you think it's wonderful. They don't live on the premises and they don't see what goes on there. The teens have taken over and are loud and obnoxious, hanging out front of the buildings, littering and smoking. It's truly frustrating.
