Saint Paul Court Apartments

Disgusting, Disgusting From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   STAY AWAY!!! This place is the nastiest place I have ever lived. Sure the neighborhood is nice and has it conveniences. Plus, the courtyard is nice, so when you come look at the apartment you can't see all the problems you are walking into because they are cleverly concealed or just don't come out until night. There are the biggest nastiest roaches and they fly. The place smells, my windows do not close, there is persistent brown water, problems with water pressure and hot water pressure, the paint is peeling, the floor is peeling from whatever they coated it with, you can hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbors, on and on and on again. Management is not responsive. They always claim that they never got the message you gave to the receptionist. The laundry area is disgusting with mice and roaches, and the machines eat your money, but of course what it the point in calling management because they never get your calls. The apartments are not even worth the slightly cheaper price for this area and it is not worth your time or hassle. Learn from everyone else's post which I should I have and STAY AWAY!!!
