So at first glance Selford Townhomes seems like a great place for a great value. Sadly there are MANY drawbacks. Parking is terrible, there is no assigned parking and people try to claim there spots, which don't belong to them. My neighbor has harassed(yelled at) my guests on multiple(5 ) occasions because they parked in the court which they are allowed to do.
The management is truly a joke. The office never returns calls, they don't address complaints, they harass you about your lease, and are just plain unpleasant. In the first 3 months the office was rarely open because they couldn't get someone to stay, and now that someone has been there she leaves early and doesn't return calls.
