Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
so, the washer and dryer still have the hot water and cold water transposed, I was on cold I get hot and all rinses are hot. Parking is a nightmare, I have to park in the street and my daughters car was sideswiped. The units are extremely overpriced, and get this, I paid my rent on the fifth this last month because I had to work until 6pm I dropped it off in the drop box and I was charged 90 late fee, because they said that I paid it on the morning of the sixth. People please, I pay it after the office closes all the time and now you want to charge me' lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
