We have lived here now since October 2007 and have never had an issue. On the few times that we have had to call maintenence that are always prompt with the service. The area is great, very quiet, and secluded. There are hardly any kids in the neighborhood so that makes things nice for college students and/or couples that want peace and quiet. I would definately recommend this place to anyone looking.
