This place isn't bad. The prices seem to be reasonable for the amount of space you are given. I have a 2 bedroom. Management last year was absolutely horrible, the lady left and there is now someone knew. I cannot say that they return calls or are available all the time, but at least they are not unfair and rude as they had been with the other lady. Parking is not bad. There are no assign parking spots, but I have never been without a spot. Sometimes I may have to park a few houses down causing me to walk just a few steps further, but I've never had to park on the street. Maintenance is usually taken care of promptly. My townhouse is located near the woods so we had a problem with bugs when we first moved in. Maintenance came and took care of the problem. All of the doors near the woods on the back storage room outside were replaced to prevent bugs from going under the door. The neighborhood is quiet. I haven't had any other problems.
