Silver Spring Station Apartments

Be careful what you sign for... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Ask to see your apartment before signing your lease. Verify which floor you agreed to live on, flush the toilets (make sure there is not a towel shoved down into the pipes), check the door knobs, etc. (all of the things that were wrong with our apartment). We had a miserable move-in day and an even worse time dragging all of our belongings out 2 days later. Verbal and written contracts only go so far--be sure that you see it with your own two eyes first! Nice club house...not much else!
