Cheap construction leads to a cheap building

Everything in the building is hollow, including the walls. The walls are so thin that you can hear conversations from apartment to apartment. It was unbareable. The management is a joke. they have no idea what is going on or how to do their jobs. The gym is always crouded and very small. The same goes for the pool. This place is terrible.
