construction is unbearably loud and the building is made with cheap materials. the construction starts every morning at 5:30 am and is so loud I am on a high story on the side of the building away from it and it wakes me up. It will also be going on for at least a year, and after that, there will be a lot of traffic once legg mason and the four seasons opens up. The new towers will ruin the water view, which was the only decent thing about the place.

Terrible experience and I can't wait to move out in 2 weeks.

I currently live at Spinnaker Bay, my lease is up in a couple months. i was out and about the other day, and stopped by Domain Brewers Hill- it is a brand new community in the Canton area. The apartments are amazing- and its in a great part of town- less traffic and noise. The office staff seemed to have their stuff together- I am leasing there! I will actually be paying a little less there than I do here, and the apartments are 1000X nicer.
