Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I moved to Spinnaker Bay 6 months ago and a native Washingtonian and my boyfriend is a native New Yorker and we are not new or opposed to city noise, but I find Spinnaker Bay to be the loudest, most unbearable, obnoxious living situation I have had yet. The noise occurs 24/7 and is relentless. The building looks nice but is make with cheap stuff and insulation, I can hear my neighbors alarm clock. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Don't live here! I would recommend little italy or fells point are much better.
