Overall I have been happy here. Washer/dryer, microwave, and dishwasher included. The buildings may be a bit older - for example, two-faucet showers and sinks, and much repainting - but they are well maintained and they usually fix things within a few days if there are problems, with the exception of the missing storm window - that took a bit longer. The grounds are well-maintained with grass cut, shrubs trimmed, snow removed, and no trash. We had a huge problem with noisy neighbors, but after submitting a formal complaint it is much better, although not perfect. My children and I feel safe and secure here, and the location is very convenient to schools and shopping. I wish small pets were permitted - that would make a big difference to my children.
