what a dump!! lousy management who allows bad tenants!! find a better place!!

This place is a dump, the apartment was dirty when I moved in. Maintenance staff is horrible, lazy and barely speak English. The building manager does not care who he lets into the building (one morning on my way to work, I saw a homeless guy in the 10th floor stairwell!). The entire building stinks, literally!! The halls are dark, musty smelling, the stairwells reek of urine, the elevators alternately smell like bad cooking and garbage. There are some very noisy tenants late at night and the building manager doesn't do anything to stop them. All he does is sit in his office all day with the door closed. Monderer, the building mananger, and his doesn't even know the names of his tenants and is very unfriendly. The building has has numerous health and building code violations. The company that owns this building also owns the St Paul Court Apartments at 3120 St Paul, so don't rent there, either!
