The building is very nice and in any other city (or even in the baltimore waterfront) it would cost much more than this. Most of the residents are somehow affiliated with Hopkins.
The parking lot is convenient but is pretty small. I have never had a problem getting a spot but driving through the parking lot is a bit of a pain. At least it is not valet like Munsey.
Neighborhood is ok. Similar neighborhood to Waterloo (across the street) and Saratoga court (a couple of blocks. The advantage here is the doorman.
The free highspeed internet is a lie. I usually get a slower connection than a 26k modem if I am lucky enough to get any internet connection at all. In fact the management has a flier for comcast internet in their welcome kit to encourage you to buy internet elsewhere.
Not too many restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there is a deli in the building open 7am to 7pm. The inner harbor is a 10-15 minute walk (you bypass Munsey on the way), Charles Street is a 5 minute walk. This is all safe during the day. I am not sure about the nights.
Overall, good place though I am personally annoyed at the lie about highspeed internet.
