I have alot to say about this place. For one I regret ever moving here. The parking is horrible not enough spots for the tenants in the building I live in. Also, parking by the rental office is a nightmare. All of the spots bottom out so if your not careful your end up damaging your fromt end. When it snows you lose even more parking space, because mantinence won't clean up the piles of snow laying around. The appliances are very old, my dishwasher is falling apart, and the tiles are coming up. The washers and dryers are ancient, and the the laundry room desperatly needs a good cleaning. They are very slow to respond to any maintence calls, and to replace anything. You have to repeatly call the rental office to get something done. It is a nightmare moving furniture up two stories, a-lot of people had this problem. The walls are not soundproof, you can hear what your neighbors are doing, everything from taking a shower to watching tv. When you have to renew your lease they'll jack your rent up by atleast $30, and for NOTHING at all. You better watch out when it's raining, unless you like to get a shower while your'll trying to open your door, the spouts are position to where water runs off of your awning, and that creates huge puddles of water in the walk ways. Also in the winter ice forms on the walkways, and between the doors. The staff in the rental office are a bunch of phonies. They act all nice and helpful, when you look at the place, but as soon as you move in they avoid your calls, and don't care about your problems at all. Any good reviews by anomyous are written by the staff to make this place look good. Also electric bills are sky high in the winter. These places have cracks EVERYWHERE, doors, windows, and walls, that let's cold air into your apartment. I wish I never moved in here, it's not worth my hard earn money, or the hassle, I always have to go through with them, I'm very dissatisfied and I'm not sure if I will renew my lease. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! DON"T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!
