It's nice living on the water. It's nice that it's REASONABLY quiet, since I had one downstairs neighbor who was a nightmare, and nothing was ever done. But the mold problem really became a health issue. Once I moved out, my chronic sinusitis improved. Almost immediately. And the mold was NOT my imagination, since my LR closet had obvious visual mold, AND the complex CHARGED me to GET RID OF IT! It's nice, but it ain't all that......
