Yes, the grounds and view are beautiful. The neighbors are nice, and it is a very quiet place. But i don't enjoy living with bugs, such as ants and spiders. (We have had an exterminator to our unit 4 times.) I also don't like having a broken heating system in the winter and a broken AC unit in the summer. Okay, okay those things can be fixed... but never in a timely fashion. (Both occasions took over a week and a half.) It's affordable, but hey, ya get what cha pay for right'
