I really enjoy the location, the views, the peace and tranquility of this area....except maybe for the helicopters taking off from the airport across the street. The Management staff is very pleasant and willing to work hard to meet every need, answer every question. The maintenance staff tries real hard to take care of any problems.....thorough and prompt.

you can tell you haven't lived here very long. yes, it's nice to be on the water, but a lot of the other things will begin to get old. those of us who have lived here for a while seem to be making a mass exodus. I wonder why.....
