	Can't complain. Going on three years and really like living here. I love the water access. Staff is nice and maintenance is very helpful. Try it, you'll like it.

	It's nice living on the water. It's nice that it's REASONABLY quiet, since I had one downstairs neighbor who was a nightmare, and nothing was ever done. But the mold problem really became a health issue. Once I moved out, ... more

	I was quite happy living here. The office staff took care of my needs and the maintenance staff was always there as well. The water view was quite nice in the summer and the sunsets were relaxing in the evenings. ... more
