Oh how I've hated living here . . . let me count the reasons:
1)Mice run around like they own the joint.
2)Multiple break-ins within a few months.
3)Maintenance is slow to fix broken exterior door and laundry room door locks; however they find time and money to pave the parking lot and sprinkle a little mulch outside.
4)Some of the office employees have a bit of an attitude.
5)A maintenance man broke a candle holder while in my apartment and after being notified, did not reimburse me.
6)Management has raised the rent each year of my stay despite all of the above.
Besides all that, the place is fine. :)

I have to agree with everything here except for the break-ends but I only been living here for a few months I wish I would know about this site sooner
