What can't I say about The Abell' This apartment community is wonderful.
It is smaller than most however that is what is so charming about it.
The building is completely renovated from top to bottom including a bank on the first floor.
When I toured the property with the building's very informative manager, I fell in love with the apartment.
The beautiful floors and luxry upgrades I couldn't resist.
I definitely would recommend anybody to live here.
I am positive I will be staying for a few years!

I read this comment and was shocked! I left this building last summer because of the poor maintenance and the lack of effort to help the residents on behalf of the staff. The building is really nice but just poorly maintained. It's a shame - this really could be a nice place if placed under the proper management.
