My roommate and i are both students at a neighboring university in Bolton hill, and were looking for an affordable and comfortable apt. The beethoven gives us two floors, hardwood floors downstairs (i love that i can say "downstairs" about my apt) and a working fireplace. There are problems with the apt, but each time we have had a complaint, it has been answered in a timely fashion. With some problems, they have not been fixed (we have a leak under our sink from the dishwasher) but they have always come to try to fix it. This is possibly just an issue with an old building. we have lived here for one year, and will continue renting for the following year!
