Claims to have "all the amenities" but when it comes to having any maintenance issue resolved - good luck!!!! If you don't want to get towed, they charge and extra fee to park in the garage and since the City of Baltimore won't permit residents of the Beethoved to possess on street parking permits - you are in a bind with a car. The place is old and smells awful. What gym' A mean little room in the basement with broken equipment' And forget about having any packages delivered. You have to take your life in your hands to go the to crack haven post office on Pennsylvania Avenue or have the pharmacy on Park Ave hold packages for you. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE AGGRAVATION FROM A TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT STAFF
