I should have something was wrong when signing the lease, we were given our own paper to do our move in inspection because the building manager was curling her hair. Stove and oven didnt work when we moved in had to wait a week to get replaced, got a new stove and oven and microwave but the micriwave kept shorting out, got dishwasher that sprayed water across the floor imagine my suprprise when i iceskated to the refrigerator, tub looked like someone got hungry (probably waiting for the new stove) and started chewing on it, waited 8 days to get that resurfaced. Dog feces left on back patio on a welcome mat, maintenance came three days later at the end of the day looked at it and said oh we will get that tomorrow. Mice ate thru the closet base board in between seasons summer and winter didnt know until I went to swap out winter for spring clothes and realized I could see the elevator. The trash in the four dumpsters gets picked thru daily, morninig, noon and night because they dont pay waste management to pick up the trash two weeks out of the month. Ceiling fell in by the front door because the sprinkler was leaking waited a week for that to get fixed, maintenance put a bucket in the middle of my floor and told me they would call. Went to shut my window, which is 12ft but the way hand went crashing thru glass because top of window fell forward. Was cold for about two days on that on Thanks Randi. Had to order windows be rather fast. People in the building kept setting the walls on fire because they dont know how to use the fire places. the proof is on the veiling in the north buildin first floor they didnt even pant it, elevator didnt work and when it did the damn thing kept opening and closing ALL NIGHT LONG!!! by its self because buttons were stuck The building owner Mike Simpson has three cars all parked in the garage but only wants you to have one per apt..after realizing I lived in a death trap I can say its funny now but trust I am not exaggerating, oh yeah suffered from 1000 gas and electric bills beacuse the windows needed to be sealed and if you park on the lower level, where u have to pay by the way, bring a flash light and a few friends because they have to walk u to the car because you will probaly have to call the police to file a larceny from auto report in the dark. the bums know how to shut off the electricity in the garage and it stays that way for days. and during art scape they rent out parking spots on the lower level save ur money please by pass or ask someone in the building about it seriously
