| 03/21/2013 | Just signed my lease for a two bedroom here. I have to admit the unit is exceptionally priced, when they really could get a lot more for it. They are installing a new dishwasher, marble countertop in the kitchen, cleaning the carpet before move-in. In addition, at our request, they are refinishing the hardwood floor, recocking the shower with silicone cocking, doing some paint touch ups, and dusting the high lighting appliances. Apparently they are under new management AGAIN, but this time by the company that also manages/owns Washington Place Apartments at Mount Vernon Square, which are quite nice and ...
