The Crescent at Fells Point is like having a one-night-stand. After she takes off the pretty exterior she's pretty unattractive and does not pass the "wet test". She promises you the moon and delivers a dry run. Beautiful exterior but nothing to back it up. An overpriced property with none of the amentities (personal trainer, spinning classes, yappy-hours, cooking lessons, cocktail parties, (yaddie-yaddie-yah). We have, however, met some of the most extrodinary people and people who will be life-long friends. So that begs the question "Has the over-priced property been worth it''''" I would say yes.
