I wish I had never moved in! Probably the most expensive building in the city, which would be OK if services were satisfactory. I agree with other reviewers that administration sucks and can be very rude and demeaning at times. I rent an 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor and pay $1830/month. Of course, they never told me that the building's dumpster and loading zone is just underneath my apartment. As a result, the apartment has been cold (no protection from lower floors) and extremely noisy!!! In addition: the heating system has been problematic from day one. They have been playing with it for 2-3 months now, which has resulted in cold air blowing into the living room and the bedroom being so cold that I have to use two comforters and a blanket to be able to pull it through the night! I have constantly a runny nose! In addition, the system makes a constant noise that wakes you up even during the night! Tip of the iceberg: paying >$225/month for my heating bill, while living in a cold apartment! Horrible! Finally: thanks to this website I am happy to find out that other people have had similar problems with the management! The latter has made me believe -through numerous discussions- that I am the ONLY ONE in the whole building who has complaints!!!
