When I first saw the property it seemed like a dream come true, but after moving in and spending a few days in the apartment I found that the construction is very poor, the kitchen cabinets are falling apart. There is a huge gap under the door so you can hear every one going in the hallway. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours at night, the dogs barking. Apparently everyone in the building has atleast 2 dogs if not more since they don't charge pet rent.
The utilities are extermely high.The management is rude, unresponsive. The elevators often smell, and the carpets through out the hallways are stained with poop.
It is a very overpriced property.

This place indeed getting much much worse ... we now have nasty neighbors who just dump their trash in the hallways or in the stairwells. And who lets their dog s*it all over the floor??? I wonder if they let their dog poop all over their apt too. Cant WAIT to get out of this dump.
