I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I've lived here since October 31, 2008 and my experience has been wonderful. The apartment interiors are gorgeous. My only complaint about the apartment itself is that the kitchen and bathroom counters are black granite and show every bit of soap/grunge. The designers definitely chose aesthetics over functionality. Other than that I couldn't ask for more. Stylish design, spacious, water views, large closets, large round tubs, full W/D.

The concierge is always friendly and calls when I have a package. There are many community events but I don't attend them. Great for meeting neighbors, though! There are movie nights, "Yappie Hours" for dogs & dog owners, potluck events, etc. My favorite amenity is probably the high end coffee machine with fresh baked cookies.

The building is very secure. Control access entry to the building and the parking garage, where I never have trouble finding a spot.

The rent here is very high. If you want style, comfort, location, and the $ doesn't freak you out, this is probably the best place to live in the city. I say this as a 7 year resident of Baltimore City who has lived in numerous locations.
