High utility bills

This apt is generally OK. I am totally pissed off by the high utility bills. Unbelievable! I paid 800 for monthly rent and another over 100 for utility. Although they said that they only charge for the AC, it is high enough. I actually use the AC quite little, as I am always travelling to see my husband in another city. I am totally pissed off here. really eager to search for another one and move out!
