Better than all the rest

I have lived all around Baltimore, being a student from out of state its hard to know what areas are safe to live in. So I learned the hard way by living in some rodent and roach infested apartments, but the Metropolitan was a step up. I have lived here for a year and have had no problems with noise, mice, or the staff. The parking issue can be frustrating, and I can see why people would feel like they're on lock down with the gates, and having to buzz people in, but if that what I have to do to be safe than so be it. Some apartments don't even have parking, you have to park on the street so if my guests have to park on the street after 8 pm thats fine, parking is the least of my worries, being safe and secure in my apartment is far more important and I can honestly say I feel safer here than I have felt at any other apartment in Baltimore, not to mention to apartments are beautiful and spacious with large windows unlike most apartments. Although it is a little pricey, if you can afford to pay a little extra its worth it.
