As a young professional, I have been happy with my experience living here for over 6 months.

The new kitchens and bathrooms look great. I've had a couple of issues related to a leaking drain which required maintenance. They've come so quick I was hardly off the phone calling in my concern.

Office staff is friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. It was thoughtful that they bought me a welcoming gift when I moved in.

There is ample parking, albeit may not be right outside of the lobby door. Parking lot is gated, well lit, and security is always around during the night. You can have 2 cars per apartment, just ask management. Gates and lobby doors utilize an electronic cardkey system.

The storage area is a little damp; nothing more than you would expect from an unfinished basement in a house. You do get your own locked locker type area...

No, your guests do not have to be out by 8pm, they just can't be parked inside the lot. Not a problem, as there is plenty of space for them to park along Meridene and Fenwick Ave. For longer-term guests, you can always ask the management for a temporary parking pass...

It's an interesting mix of neighbors, from college-age students to senior citizens. All are respectful, and at least my neighbors are very friendly.

Noise isn't an issue; if it were to be an issue the management has the 24 hour "Courtesy Patrol" which you can call to address such concerns immediately.

I've lived in 6 different apartments in the past 4 years; this is one of the best so far in the area.
