I've lived here for over 3 years now and it's a great place to live: quite, friendly folk, and a good staff.
And yes there are parking restrictions for guests after 8pm, but that's good because the people who live here need their damn parking space. If your guest need to stay past 8pm there is enough street side and visitor parking available. If you plan in advance anyone can get a temp parking permit from resident services, duh!!!

I heard that as long as guests move to a visitor parking lot after 8:pm it is ok. is that true. how many visitor spaces are there?
