Disgusting - I'm not really sure how else to describe these townhomes. Unfortunately it is not that the management agency doesn't TRY to attempt to keep the place looking 1/2 decent. People literally trash it. They throw garbage around - and the maintenance crew go around every morning to sweep up. Theres drugs and who knows what going on.

The people they allow to move into these townhomes are what is bringing them down. Our new neighbor moved in a while ago and I now have COCKROACHES!!!

If it wasn't bad enough there were ANTS and MICE - the mice can be heard in the walls, ceiling etc and it is just disgusting.

I must say the ROACHES are the icing on the cake and I really wish I could get up out of here before my lease is up.

They will send "exterminators" but it is a JOKE and I really KIND OF feel bad for the management group who pays these "exterminators" because they are worthless.

I began purchasing my own spray for the ants to spray around the outside of the townhome.

Now - that the ROACHES have come to visit - I'm not sure what my next step will be...but it doesn't really matter b/c we all know if you have a NASTY neighbor and they don't care or clean up - no amount of spraying in the world will get rid of them.

My advice - do not move here. You will regret it.

Also - I might add that the dogs run around & CRAP wherever they feel like it and they seem to have a non-existant pet policy.
