I've been living here for a year and half and I havn't had any real problems with it.

Just recently they randomly raised my rent hugely which dissapointed me. Pretty safe area though the cops raided an apartment about a year ago, but since then I havn't noticed anything bad. The apartments are in Ok repair but if something breaks then it can sometimes take a while for them to fix it. The walls are thin but the building is mostly full of families so it's not too loud. It's an ok place for being so close to White Marsh but don't expect anything exceptional. You get what you pay for but if it gets much more expensive then it won't be worth it.
