Ok, I am writing this review because I need to vent ! I am a mother of 2 young children, a 4 year old and a 9 month old. We moved into ridgeview in July of 2004 and have had a mice infestation ever since ! I want to make this short. We have had the maintenance people and pest control out here now at least 30 times now. The mice are everywhere and nothing has been done. The mice got in our stove and nested with the fiberglass stuff, along with craping inside it. We were cooking on it and did not even know the condition of the inside until we took it apart trying to clean up the crap. They did replace our stove last month, but the mice are doing it again. I literally clean mice crap up off my countertops and stovetop(inside top of stove aswell)EVERY SINGLE DAY ! Sometimes twice a day. Do you know how incredibly frusterating this is' Having 2 young children to cook for' I already had the health department out here a few weeks ago and well, the mice are still everywhere. I don't know what to do!Our lease isn't even up until next July ! I have wrote them and called them so many times I can't even keep track. We have the highest priced apartment too!
I guess I'll stop now, but I would not recommend this particular building. It's disgusting! Oh yeah it's 3 Maidstone ct !

I totally agree with this tenant. I moved in a month ago and in the first week was surprised to see a mouse run across the living room. We set traps and caught it, only to find another one running across a few days later. When we traced its path we noticed holes in the wall behind the utility cupboard with the water heater. Then we realized that this was not an isolated problem. These mice have free reign of the apartments in the building as they can go from one to another unobstructed. When we questioned the neighbor, he had similar mice problems too. The apartments may be spacious and offer flexible leases, but the premises are nasty. You can also hear everymovement your neighbor above you makes. The walls are extremely thin. Moreover, the floors slope so furniture placed near the walls are tilting. As for maintenance..they are slow and nothing seems to be considered an emergency. I don't recommend this place at all.
