Found that many mice were residing in the apartment after lease was signed, apatement staff would not provide enough traps to remove the rodents (I am sensitive to baits and poisons used by commercial pest removal services). I had to purchase my own traps to remove the rodents, to date have trapped 25 mice. Mice are still present in the kitchen the maintenance crew are reluctant to locate entrance holes and seal the entrance ways correctly.
Windows are also substandard single pane type and leak cold air during winter, result being excessively high heating bills during the winter.
There have also several incidences of vandalism within the building. Replacement of safety lighting is lax, usually have to complain several times until broken lights are replaced.
