I have been living in the Ridgeview community for approximately 3 1/2 years and after transferring to a 2 bedroom, and living there for a year, my rent increased $76. The kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, and closets need to be updated. Also there has been a rodent problem. When the lights are out in the hallways, it has taken too long to be fixed.
