I lived at Ridgeview in 2001, moved up to Baltimore from Florida. Upon our arrival we had to sign our lease without even looking at the apartment. Once we rode over to see the apartment, it looked as though it hadnt been painted, the carpet was in terrible condition, and it hadnt been cleaned. We had to move in like this! Through our entire stay our neighbors upstairs were always noisy with no help from management. They overflowed their toilet once a week and flooded our apartment on at least 5 occasions ruining rugs and such. Finally we broke our lease early with no penalty due to all our problems and bought a home. This is a renters nightmare. Two words for anyone that rents there. RENTERS INSURANCE!
