My husband and I have lived at Ridgeview Apts. for 4 months and it's pretty good. The only downfall is the water problem. Somethings going on with the pipes so sometimes there is no hot water or NO water at all. That's our only problme. No homeless people, rats, roaches or anything like that (Thank God). On a scale of 1-10 I give it an 8. When you call about the water, its fixed within the hour.

It's not a current problem. I lived there almost 5 years and the problem has existed ever since...and the mice will come...just wait, oh and the homeless people too.
