My wife and I moved from Florida early Jan. 2003. We picked T & C out from off line prior to moving here. The rent was cheap; inside our apartment was good; but six weeks into our lease that's when the mice came out of nowhere and took over our apartment. We reported it to management and they were rude and initially offered no help, other then giving me several mice traps, to catch the freaky mice myself. Although, I was upset, i tried to take it in stride. I caught two mice and disposed of them, myself. Then more came and took over the apartment. They were huge. Management corrected me by saying "they're not rats they are mice." Management eventually sent the pest control guy to cover a hole, which the mice just found another hole to enter the apartment. Eventually my wife and I just left and dealt with our lease obligation with T & C another way. We only had a 3 month/ short term lease (thank God). But we vacated the premises after 2 months, because the rats or mice or, whatever politically correct term is proper, ran us away. After we threaten management with health code violations because of mice infestation, they cut us a small break. In all honesty, it was so bad that I was willing to take T & C to court and to report the living conditions to the proper authorities.
