Mice infested know nothing management and maintenance. Ten coats of paint on the walls, paint is peeling all over from the ceiling to the baseboard. Windows are very drafty. Poor housekeeping, trash always running over and too many people that don't pay rent. Walls are very thin. You can smell through the walls what your neighbors are having for dinner. If you are having sex, people can hear you outside.
