I have lived here, for about 2 months. I read the reviews recently, and thought what did I get myself into. But, honestly..it's not bad. The staff seems more than happy to help with any problem I've had. For instance, my microwave was an older model, and it was not working right. I called the leasing office and maintance came out the same day. They fixed the problem and its now been working fine. I haven't had any problems with pest, yet. I keep everything as clean as I can. I think if you just clean up after yourself and if you don't leave food and dirty dishes out, you won't have any problems. The one thing, I am still waiting for is the alarm company to come out and replace my batteries, it's been about three days. I mean overall, I really enjoy living here. (The washer and dryer is a huge plus!!!) I do, so far, recommend Tuscany Gardens
