I've been living here at Tuscany Gardens Apts. For a little over a month now and I actually like it. As for as the roaches and mice in the previous reviews, I haven't seen any at all in my place. Keeping a clean place and picking up after yourself may help. My building is very quiet I guess cause I live in a building with civilized people. Overall everything is going well. I would recommend these apts to anyone. I am currently in the one bedroom apt. Love the closet space!
