I have lived at Tuscany Woods since April and it has been a lie since day one. I was lied to about the following:
1. Rent - Was almost $70.00 more per month.
2. Apartment I was getting - Upgraded my ass!
3. Features in the appartment - Doors, microwave, laundry IN THE APARTMENT.
4. Utilities - I was told they were included.
5. Cleanliness of apartment - I was told they cleaned before I moved in.
I could go on and on. The roaches are everywhere, the rats are everywhere.The paint job looks like my 2 year old cousin did it. The bathroom ties consistantly fall off, the noise is CRAZY! The staff in the office especially RITA are the most ridiculous, unprofessional people I have EVER come in contact with. It's almost worth the fines to break the lease.
The nicest thing I can say is that the maint.guys say hi in the morning!
