Tuscany Woods Apartments

Move in at your own risk! From: Bodymore1984 Date posted: 4/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   I am not sure if the last three reviews are from the same person. From what the person described, living in Tuscany Woods is like living in heaven! Wouldn't that be nice' But the truth is not exactly nice to hear. That place is fully infested with roaches....tiny little suckers that showed up out of nowhere. No matter how clean your place is...there is always some roaches.....not 1-2 but you will find like a dozen of them roaming around! Police constantly shows up at the location...once I even saw DEA agents coming out from one of the apartment. The management is absolutely hard to deal with....they are very unprofessional and lied to me when i was there. Also make sure when if you do decided to move in...make sure everything is in writing! For the price you are going to pay, might as well move into apartments complex nearby. They are whole lot nicer than Tuscany Hoods! p/s They take anyone that want to move into the apartments..this is why you will see a lot eviction notices at the 10th of the month...
