The apartments at Tuscany Woods look great especially after the renovation BUT there is a HUGE Rodent and roach infestation that even the exterminators that they use (Innovative Pest Control) cannot correct. I would never have moved into this fifthy apartment complex if I knew all of the problems that I would have had to deal with on a daily basis. You cannot even have a fish tank without the threat of roaches. I am an extremely tidy person even boardline excessive compulsive when it comes to cleaning but I have yet to rid the mouse and roach problem. No it is not the neighbors over me nor under me the ENTIRE apartment comlex is infested. I have taken extreme measures already to rid the problem and yet no resolution yet. RENTERS BEWARE.....

I NOTICED THAT DURING MY WALK THROUGH! I MEAN, THERE WERE ROACHES ON THE WALL AND CRAP! PEW WEE! IT IS THE SAME UP THE STREET AT TUSCANY GARDENS OR SO I HEAR! TAKE PICTURES AND CALL THE DAMN HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND BBB! THEY OFFER FREE RENT FOR A MONTH BECAUSE THEY'RE SHEIESTY AS HELL!
