This looks like a very nice place at a glance. After about 4 months here everything started to go wrong. The seams in the drywall are cracked in some places up to 7 foot long. A few tiles in the bathroom needed to be replaced, so a private contractor was called in to replace them. This project turned into ripping the entire bathroom apart and cutting through the bathroom wall into my roommates bedroom. If they say they are hiring an outside contractor, be prepared for a apartment full of -------- that dont speak a word of english. The place must be insulated with newspaper and if you stand in front of the sliding door you can feel the wind blowing around the outsides of it. When its really windy outside the wind actually blows the blinds around from around the door. I'll be here untill my lease is up, and i'm leaving as soon as possible.
